ERC chair Dimalanta quits, Palace says

Monalisa Dimalanta has resigned as chairperson of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).

This was confirmed to Palace reporters by Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro on Monday. 

Castro said Dimalanta's resignation was irrevocable.
