UIC Davao grad tops August 2025 medical technologists licensure exam

A graduate of the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) Davao topped the August 2025 medical technologists licensure examination, the Professional Regulation Commission said.

According to the PRC, 3,660 out of 4,720 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Medical Technology at test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga earlier this month.

Myles Chaesel Sunit Ejara of UIC Davao achieved the top score of 93.10%, while the top performing school with at least 50 examinees is St. Louis University, with 57 of its 58 test takers passing.

"The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations," the PRC said.
