UPOU grad tops August 2025 Environmental planners computer-based licensure exam

A graduate from the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has gained the highest score for the August 2025 Environmental Planners computer-based Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Irel Fortugaleza Manansala gained a percentage rating of 87.8, the highest among 404 environmental planners who successfully hurdled the examination administered in NCR, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Rosales.

The top performing schools in the August 2025 Environmental Planners Computer-Based Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2025 with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage are: UPOU, UP-Diliman, and Philippine Christian University - Manila.
