Number of flood control projects in each city or town in NCR
There are 1,058 flood control projects in the National Capital Region under the Marcos administration.
According to the sumbongsapangulo.ph website, the total cost of the projects is P52.66 billion.
Among the regions, NCR ranks second only to Region 3 both in terms of the number of projects and contract cost.

Among NCR LGUs, Manila has the largest number of projects with 215 and the biggest total contract cost at P14.46 billion.
NCR accounts for 10.7% of the total number of flood control projects and 9.6% of the total contract cost.
President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., in his State of the Nation Address in July, served notice to government personnel who steal public funds, such as those for flood control projects, that they will be dealt with under the law.
"Kamakailan lang, nag-inspeksyon ako sa naging epekto ng Habagat at bagyong Crising, Dante at Emong. Kitang-kita ko, maraming proyekto sa flood control mga palpak at 'yung iba, guni-guni lang," Marcos said.
(Just recently, I looked at the aftermath of the effects of the Southwest Monsoon, and the cyclones Crising, Dante, and Emong. I saw many flood control projects that have failed. Others were just figments of imagination.)
He then tasked the Department of Public Works and Highways to submit a list of flood control projects in the last three years.
"We will publish this list so that the public can see it," he said. "At the same time, there will be an audit and performance review of these projects to check and make sure, and to know how your money was spent."
Outside Metro Manila, the following are the top 20 provinces in terms of total project cost of flood control projects.
