USJ-Recoletos grad tops psychometricians licensure exam


A graduate of the University of San Jose-Recoletos was the top scorer in the licensure examination for psychometricians held last month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 12,416 out of 14,275 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Psychology at test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Puerto Princesa in September,

"The results of examination with respect to two examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations," it added.

Dandean Lago Bernabe of USJ-R achieved the top score of 90%, while the top performing school with at least 300 examinees was Saint Louis University, with 332 of its 346 test takers passing or a 95.95% success rate.

The top performing school with 100 to 299 examinees is Central Mindanao University, with 136 of its 137 test takers passing for a success rate of 99.27.
