PAGASA: Luzon, Visayas to have cloudy skies, rains due to easterlies
Luzon and Visayas will continue to be affected by easterlies that will bring cloudy skies, scattered rains and thunderstorms on Tuesday, Oct. 14, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro will experience cloudy with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
The rest of Luzon and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of localized thunderstorms.
The state weather bureau said winds will be light to moderate while coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
PAGASA is also monitoring a low pressure area outside the Philippine area of responsibility that may become a tropical depression before the weekend.
