BI eServices now in eGovPH Super App

Filipinos can now access the Bureau of Immigration’s services through the eGovPH SuperApp as part of the BI’s efforts to make immigration services more seamless, accessible, and straightforward.

In a statement on Tuesday, BI commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said they have formally launched their eServices platform with Single Sign-On integration.

The SSO feature will enable users to access multiple BI services using a single account, reducing the need for repetitive logins while enhancing convenience.

“Users can now log in to BI’s online services using their existing eTravel and eGovPH SuperApp accounts, simplifying the process and delivering a more efficient and familiar digital experience,” Viado said.

He explained that the eGovPH Super App’s SSO system will ensure seamless access to BI eServices through digitalization, making immigration services more straightforward and efficient.

This is in line with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s order for a unified, secure, and interoperable digital framework across government agencies to streamline the delivery of public services.

Viado assured that ensuring smooth access to the BI’s newly integrated eServices platform with SSO is a priority of the BI and its offices nationwide.

“This is a significant step forward in delivering fast, secure, and user-friendly services to the public. With this platform, we are not only streamlining our operations but also enhancing accessibility, boosting efficiency, and elevating the overall user experience for our clients,” he said. — JMA, GMA Integrated News
