Ombudsman: Remulla in good health, cancer-free
Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla is in good health and fit to serve his mandate as the country's top anti-graft official, his office said Monday.
Remulla's office issued the statement after the Ombudsman revealed in a television interview that he was diagnosed with leukemia after he survived a quintuple heart bypass surgery.
(The Ombudsman is in good health and continues to do his job with vigor and dedication. The Ombudsman is cancer-free and has been for a year and a half now.)
(He also does exercise every morning before going to office to keep himself in top shape.)
Likewise, the Ombudsman clarified that Remulla's disclosures referred to past diagnosis.
(His recent pronouncement refers to his experience before he was appointed as Ombudsman. We assure the public that the Ombudsman is determined to hold accountable those responsible for the flood control mess and he is in the best condition to do such.)
(His second chance at life gave him determination and resolve that he should never fear or take for granted anything.) —AOL, GMA Integrated News
