The prize for Ultra Lotto 6/58 was P49,500,000.00. The winning numbers are 37-16-23-05-51-57.

No one correctly guessed the Lotto 6/42 numbers of 18-36-41-28-35-25 to gain the P48,513,678.20 winnings.
