GYEONGJU, South Korea - First Lady Louise ''Liza'' Araneta Marcos experienced the culture of South Korea.
She visited the Bulguksa Temple and Wooyang Art Museum as part of the cultural experience that was hosted by First Lady Kim Hea Kyung.
''Blown away by the culture and history of beautiful Gyeongju,'' Liza said in a social media post.
She said every stop at the temple and museum ''was a reminder of how art, faith and heritage can live beautifully side by side.''
''So grateful to experience this with my fellow APEC spouses. Special thanks to First Lady Kim Hea Kyung for such a memorable cultural program. Loved every moment!'' she added.
The First Lady is with President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr., who is participating in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.
