INC distributes relief goods to victims of calamities
The Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) has extended assistance as well as compassion to aid fellow Filipinos affected by the recent calamities that hit the country.
In its Worldwide Lingap sa Mamamayan Special Coverage 2025, the INC TV reported that the religious group in cooperation with FYM Foundation and volunteers conducted relief operations in various calamity-hit parts of the country.
Thousands of fellow Filipinos, even from other religions, received care packages from the INC.
The INC distributed Lingap sa Mamamayan relief packages to typhoon victims in Sta. Ana, Cagayan, Bataan, Tagum City, Pampanga, Masbate, and fire victims in Tondo, Manila.
The INC, in its Worldwide Lingap mission, also provided access to clean water in Africa, distributed bikes in Burundi, and provided care for elders in Vanuatu and South Dakota.
The religious group also conducted a Care for Humanity mission in the United States and Africa and provided care for persons with disabilities in Manila as well as Muslim Filipinos.
The INC also distributed care packages to overseas Filipino workers in Hong Kong, Japan, and Europe, as well as relief to Canadian immigrants. —Ted Cordero/ VAL, GMA Integrated News
