LIVE UPDATES: Typhoon Uwan (Fung-Wong), Nov. 11, 2025

Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-Wong) exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility early Tuesday morning, but tropical cyclone wind signals were still in effect, PAGASA saiid.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 was hoisted over 10 areas in Luzon, the weather bureau said in its 5 a.m. bulletin.

Meanwhile, TCWS No. 1 was also in effect over other areas in Luzon.

PAGASA said Uwan will continue to bring heavy rains measuring from 50-100 mm today over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, and Abra.
