LOOK/WATCH: Anti-corruption rally at EDSA People Power Monument on Nov.16

An anti-corruption protest by the United People's Initiative (UPI) is ongoing at the EDSA People Power Monument and EDSA Shrine on Sunday, November 16. 

Traffic has begun to slow down at the EDSA People Power Monument.

With the assembly expected to cause heavy traffic, police have deployed traffic cops and enforcers to manage the flow of vehicles in the area of EDSA and White Plains Avenue.
