According to Remulla, meanwhile, the PNP is also projected to receive an additional 500 vehicles by January 2026 and 600 more by July, which will be deployed nationwide.

Around 2,000 push-to-talk over cellular (POC) Communication Systems will be purchased before the year ends to improve communication capability in the police organization, Remulla said. These devices integrate a body camera, cellphone, and radio in one unit. — Joviland Rita/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
