PCU-Manila grad tops November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure exam

A graduate from Philippine Christian University in Manila (PCU-Manila) garnered the highest percentage rating in the November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Carlos Jophet Dicdican finished with a rating of 95%, the highest among 2,238 passers.

The top performing schools as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024 with 40 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage:

2. Lyceum University of the Philippines - Manila

5. Gordon College (former Olongapo City College)
6. DMMA College of Southern Philippines
7. Mindanao Polytechnic College
