Artikulo Onse coalition pushes accountability at Nov. 30 anti-corruption protest
A coalition of progressive organizations is set to hold an anti-corruption rally at Luneta Park in Manila on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
According to Christian Maño's report on dzBB Super Radyo on Friday, Artikulo Onse wants accountability from the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and former President Rodrigo Duterte, as it also rallies for the establishment of a People's Transition Council, which will serve as a people-driven alternative for the "rotting" corrupt system.
The coalition said it is not in favor of public officials' resignation or the staging of a coup d'etat, adding it will only give way for new political dynasties to emerge.
Artikulo Onse president Leody de Guzman further said it is high time that the people lead the government and not political families.
Various groups have staged protests to call for an end to corruption and to demand transparency and accountability amid the investigations into the alleged anomalous flood control projects.
Last week, the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) held an anti-corruption rally at the Quirino Grandstand.
