UM Davao City grad tops real estate appraisers licensure exam

A graduate of the University of Mindanao-Davao City topped the licensure examination for real estate appraisers given earlier this month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 373 out of 675 passed the exam, given by the Board of Real Estate Service at test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban.

Denise Marie Borillo Astillo of UM-Davao City achieved the highest score of 88.50%.

"The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations," the PRC added.
