University of San Carlos grad tops November 2025 Civil Engineers licensure exam

A graduate from the University of San Carlos has been named the topnotcher in the November 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Jonathan Conrad Go Yu gained a percentage rating of 91.75. At least 4,268 out of 14,043 passed the exams administered earlier this month in 19 testing centers in different parts of the country.

The top performing school as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024 with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage is the University of the Philippines Diliman.
