ARTA to unveil online dashboard for monitoring complaints on Dec. 17
The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on Wednesday will launch an online dashboard that will enable the public to monitor the progress of their complaints against government agencies.
In an interview over “Bagong Pilipinas Ngayon,” ARTA director general Ernesto Perez said they will unveil the Accountability, Responsiveness, Transparency (ART) dashboard on December 17.
The dashboard will enable the public to monitor the implementation of the ARTA’s digital-based platforms such as the Philippine Business Information Systems, a repository for regulations; and the Anti-Red Tape Electronic Management Information System, which provides the public with access to its Citizen’s Charter.
“Atin pong ilo-launch bukas ‘yung ART dashboard o yung Accountability, Responsiveness, Transparency dashboard. Kung saan ‘yung mga nabanggit ko na mga digital-based platforms, ang ART, mamomonitor nila ‘yung implementation nito, pati ‘yung mga complaints, malalaman ‘yung status ng complaints, at ‘yung complainant alam niya anytime ‘yung status ng kanyang complaint,” Perez said.
(Tomorrow, we will launch the ART dashboard, or the Accountability, Responsiveness, Transparency dashboard. Through this, they can monitor the implementation of the digital-based platforms I mentioned, as well as the complaints; the status of the complaints will be known, and the complainant will know the status of their complaint at any time.)
The ARTA also signed an agreement with the Office of the Ombudsman on monitoring the progress of complaints.
“Lumagda tayo ng memorandum of agreement with the Office of the Ombudsman. Tutukan din po natin ‘yung mga complaints na ating finile sa Office of the Ombudsman at sa Civil Service Commission (CSC), para yung ating taumbayan, alam nila ‘yung kanilang mga reklamo ay inaaksyunan sa tamang panahon,” Perez said.

We will also focus on the complaints that we filed with the Office of the Ombudsman and the Civil Service Commission, so that our fellow citizens will know that their complaints are being acted upon in a timely manner.) — JMA, GMA Integrated News
