ARTA launches online dashboard for monitoring complaints

The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on Wednesday unveiled its online dashboard that will allow the public to file and monitor their complaints against government agencies.

According to Carlo Mateo’s report on Super Radyo dzBB, the Accountability, Responsiveness, Transparency (ART) dashboard will serve as a gateway and analytic hub for all of ARTA’s digital-based platforms.

The agency’s digital-based platforms include the Philippine Business Information Systems, a repository for regulations; and the Anti-Red Tape Electronic Management Information System, which provides the public with access to its Citizen’s Charter.

The dashboard features real-time data analytics and an interactive map where the public can monitor the government agencies and local government units (LGUs) that are complying with the Electronic Business One-Stop Shop and the Citizen’s Charter.

The public can also check complaint resolution analytics through the online dashboard.

It also features an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered search engine, Tala 3.0, which can be used for inquiries or file an anonymous complaint.

The radio report added that the ARTA is hoping to install kiosks with ART dashboards in their other offices depending on the budget they will get for 2026. — Vince Angelo Ferreras/JMA, GMA Integrated News
