BI reminds foreigners to show up for 2026 Annual Report
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has reminded foreigners to comply with the 2026 Annual Report for registered aliens, to be held in the first two months of next year.
In an advisory, the BI said the 2026 Annual Report will be held from January 1 to March 1, 2026, during which they will be required to report in person to the agency.
The requirement covers all registered foreigners and ACR I-Card holders in the Philippines, except those with temporary visitor or tourist visas.
This is in compliance with Republic Act 562 or the 1950 Alien Registration Act.
The 2026 Annual Report for the BI main office in Intramuros, Manila will be held at Robinsons Manila from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays except holidays.
The complete list of BI offices participating in the 2026 Annual Report may be accessed at e-services.immigration.gov.ph.
There is also a virtual annual report available 24/7, including weekends, for all registered foreign nationals present in the Philippines.
The reportee should register at e-services.immigration.gov.ph and pay the assessed fee within the day of issuance of the order of payment slip through Maya, GCash, credit cards, or Landbank.
All departing registered aliens are also required to pay their annual report prior to the issuance of the Emigration Clearance Certificate-B.
The requirements for the 2026 Annual Report are:
- A completely filled-out registration through e-services.immigration.gov.ph
- Original valid ACR I-Card of card holders or original paper-based ACR
- Original passport, and
- Official receipt from previous year covering payment of Annual Report fee.
