Palace reaffirms commitment to bring to justice Ang, others in missing sabungeros' case

Malacañang on Thursday reaffirmed the government's commitment to holding accountable those involved in the missing sabungeros' case.

At a Palace press briefing, Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro was asked for comment on the statement that foreign friends of businessman Atong Ang are helping him to elude arrest.

Ang remains the only subject of the Sta. Cruz, Laguna RTC Branch 26 arrest warrant for the missing sabungeros case that is at large.

He is the subject of another arrest warrant issued by a Batangas court in relation to the missing sabungeros case.

Ang has since been named DILG’s most wanted person with a P10 million bounty for his arrest. —LDF, GMA Integrated News
