By virtue of Proclamation 1143, work in Cadiz City in Negros Occidental will be suspended on January 26 in commemoration of the 52nd Dinagsa Festival.

On February 2, Ilocos Norte will celebrate its 208th Founding Anniversary. It will be a non-working day there as per Proclamation 1147.
