Bong Revilla files bail petition — Sandiganbayan
Former senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. has filed a petition for bail in his malversation case over the alleged P92.8-million ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan, GMA Integrated News learned Friday.
The bail petition was confirmed by Sandiganbayan 3rd Division Clerk of Court Atty. Dennis Pulma, according to a report by GMA Integrated News' Maki Pulido.
The Third Division previously entered a not guilty plea for Revilla after he refused to enter any plea during arraignment.
Meanwhile, Revilla's co-accused previously pleaded not guilty.
The Sandiganbayan Fourth Division has also entered a not guilty plea for Revilla in his graft case.
