Bong Revilla's malversation complaint submitted for resolution — DOJ
Department of Justice spokesperson Polo Martinez said Friday that the malversation complaint filed against former Senator Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. and others with the DOJ has been submitted for resolution.
According to Martinez, this was submitted for resolution on January 12.
“Submitted for resolution po ay yung malversation case [involving] SYMS [Construction Trading],” he said in an ambush interview.

“If you remember, that’s part of the first batch of five cases that were filed here. And ‘yung tatlo po doon (three of those) are still pending here for release,” he added.
Martinez said that the resolution is “pending review.”
“All cases po have 60 days to be resolved. So under the rules, that’s 60 days from the time of filing,” he said.
In January, Revilla filed his counter-affidavit over the complaint involving a flood control project, which his camp said was based on “incredible and incompetent” evidence.
In December 2025, Revilla also filed his counter-affidavit over a complaint for violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act involving SYMS Construction.
