BI reminds foreigners of March 1 deadline for annual report

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Thursday reminded all registered foreigners in the country of the March 1 deadline for their 2026 Annual Report.

According to the BI, all registered foreigners—whether immigrant and non-immigrant visa holders-- and ACR I-Card holders are covered by the requirement.

The 2026 Annual Report for the BI main office in Intramuros, Manila, will be held at Robinsons Manila from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays except holidays.

Meanwhile, qualified foreigners may likewise comply with the requirement through the BI e-services platform, with payment options available via Maya, GCash, credit card, or Landbank.

The requirements for the 2026 Annual Report are:

  • A completely filled-out registration through e-services.immigration.gov.ph
  • Original valid ACR I-Card of cardholders or original paper-based ACR
  • Original passport, and
  • Official receipt from the previous year covering payment of Annual Report fee.

BI Commissioner Joel Viado said foreigners must complete their Annual Report within the first 60 days of the year to confirm and update their registration records and avoid penalties.

In December 2025, the BI reminded foreigners to comply with the 2026 Annual Report for registered aliens, to be held in the first two months of next year. —VBL, GMA Integrated News
