The cars were taken to the BOC’s compound in Manila from the Independent Commission on Infrastructure.

The ICI ended its term on March 31.

The cars were seized in connection with the investigation into the alleged massive corruption in flood control projects.

Just like the Rolls-Royce Cullinan of Curly and Sarah Discaya, the Phantom also comes with an umbrella. It costs as much as P40 million.

The BOC said the camp of the former congressman is trying to regain custody of the vehicles.

An official said the bureau may put the cars up for auction if their documents are found irregular.

The vehicles could fetch up to P100 million in auction.

Nine of the 13 luxury cars of the Discaya couple have already been sold at auction. –NB, GMA News
