2 topnotchers named in March 2026 Civil Engineers licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that two graduates garnered the highest percentage rating in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination.

Rico Quiñones Elao from Cebu Technological University - Main and Mark Zendrijk Pasumbal from Mapua University - Main garnered 94.10 percent rating, the highest among 6,438 who successfully hurdled the examinations.

The top performing school as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024 with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passinge percentage is University of Saint Louis - Tuguegarao.
