iAcademy grad tops April 2026 real estate brokers licensure exam

A graduate of iAcademy Inc. achieved the highest score in the real estate brokers licensure examination given earlier this month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 1,863 out of 2,296 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

iAcademy's Mary Thea Bianca Sy Bautista was the top scorer with a 94.00% rating, while iAcademy was also the top performing school with 50 or more examinees, with all 59 of its test takers passing.
