Marcos witnesses Joint Task Force maritime strike amid Balikatan 2026

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Wednesday witnessed the Joint Task Force Maritime Strike of the Philippines and United States Exercise Balikatan 41-2026 at Camp Aguinaldo.

According to the Presidential Communications Office, the exercise showcased coordinated maritime strike operations among the country’s allied forces.

This highlighted the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ growing capability to conduct military operations alongside international partners when it comes to promoting regional security and freedom of navigation.
