PNP has leads on Bato dela Rosa's whereabouts
The Philippine National Police (PNP) said Monday it has received information on the possible whereabouts of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and is actively pursuing all available leads to locate and arrest him.
PNP’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) chief Police Major General Robert Alexander Morico II refused to divulge the possible whereabouts of the senator since he left the Senate building on May 14.
“It's an operational undertaking which I cannot reveal. But of course, we have leads. Kasama po doon sa manhunt 'yung pag-identify rin ng mga tao na tumulong sa kanya,” he said in a press briefing.

“All information that is coming in is being validated. There will be no stone left unturned,” he added.
Morico acknowledged that Dela Rosa likely still has means of communication with other people.
“I guess kasi alam mo naman 'yung technology po ngayon. Ang pakikipag-usap naman po sa tao, hindi naman ibig sabihin tumutulong ka na. That's why we are investigating,” Morico said.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) earlier confirmed that the tribunal has issued an arrest warrant for Dela Rosa in connection with the killings under the war on drugs.
While the Senate building was on lockdown and Dela Rosa was under the protective custody of the upper chamber on May 13, gunshots were heard inside the building of the legislative body.
Hours later, before dawn on May 14, Dela Rosa left the Senate.
