Sara Duterte visits Rodante Marcoleta at PNP hospital

Vice President Sara Duterte visited Senator Rodante Marcoleta at the Philippine National Police General Hospital Tuesday morning, Super Radyo dzBB reported.

In his report, Super Radyo dzBB's Mark Makalalad said Duterte arrived at 7:43 a.m.

Marcoleta is in the PNP General Hospital to undergo laboratory tests.

The PNP has yet to provide other details regarding the Vice President's visit.

The radio report said PNP public information chief Police Colonel Allan Rae Co was also seen at the PNPGH.

Marcoleta was arrested Monday morning after the Sandiganbayan Third Division issued a warrant in connection with the P75-million plunder case filed against him by the Office of the Ombudsman over an undeclared campaign donation that the lawmaker received for his 2025 senatorial bid. —AOL, GMA News
