Senior from Pila, Laguna wins P56M from P25 Lotto 6/42 bet; no winners in major PCSO lotto draws on July 22

A man who bought a Lotto 6/42 ticket for P25 bagged the almost P57 million jackpot prize after he correctly guessed the winning numbers via the Lucky Pick in the July 2, 2026 draw.

In a statement, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the lone winning bettor recently collected his prize at the agency’s main office.

The senior citizen from Pila, Laguna chose the combination 29-09-31-33-19-24 that yielded the jackpot prize of P57,645,619.60.

The PCSO said the man chose the numbers provided by the Lucky Pick, where a machine selects the combination, after he purchased the P25 ticket.

The lucky winner shared that he plays lotto whenever he has extra money. On the fateful day, he was planning to buy food when he decided instead to visit a lotto outlet.

“Hindi po ako makagalaw. Hindi ako makapaniwala. Totoo palang may nananalo sa lotto,” said the winner after he realized he had just won.

With the money he won, the man said he no longer needs to rent a place to live and plans to buy a house and lot. He also plans to use a portion of his winnings to help his child, his siblings and start a business.

No winners of July 22 major lotto draws

The PCSO said there were no winners of the major lotto jackpot draws on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

The winning numbers for the Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot worth P89.205,403.23 are 15-24-36-10-48-55.

For Megalotto 6/45, the correct combination of 08-14-39--29-01-13, would have earned a jackpot of P17,800,795.73.
