A cadet will not lie, cheat nor steal; nor tolerate those who do so.

Ayan ang Honor Code ng PMA. 'Di ba kagaya 'yan ng Ten Commandments where actually three commandments kaya wala iyang problema.

Well, the answer to that is, sino ang nagbabayad para sa PMA? Tayong lahat, from their tuition, their food, their lodging, et cetera for four years. I think we have a reason to try to find out whether what they're doing is alright, don't you think?

Tapos, meron pa tayong dapat iproblema. Can the Honor Code exist side by side with hazing practices of the PMA? Nilalabag nila taun-taon. How can they justify themselves being honorable when they still disobey the laws of the Philippines? Ano ang kaibahan nila sa mga pulitiko who think they are above the law? Hindi ba pareho lang 'yan? Iyan ang pinoproblema ko.

Kaya mga Kapuso, dapat talaga merong reform. Reform the PMA, reform the military, reform whatever it is. Because military is a very important portion of our society. But the civilian authority is higher than they are. We should make sure that they realize that.
