Bad weather cancels PAL, Cebu Pacific flights

MANILA, Philippines – Because of bad weather, two airlines on Tuesday aborted their flights bound for Cagayan de Oro City and Butuan City in southern Philippines. The trips from the said areas heading for Manila are also canceled. GMA’s Flash Report said Philippine Airlines canceled the following Manila – Cagayan de Oro – Manila flights: * Flights PR 1817/1827, * Flights PR 181/182, and * Flights PR 281/282. Cebu Pacific, on the other hand, canceled Manila – Butuan City – Manila flights 5J 785/5J 786. Butuan City is the regional center of Caraga region in Mindanao. - Sophia Dedace, GMANews.TV
