Camiguin Rep. Romualdo passes away

Incumbent Camiguin Rep. Pedro Romualdo passed away early morning Wednesday, the House secretariat said. He was 77 years old.
In a text message sent to reporters, House Interparliamentary Relations and Special Affairs Bureau director Edith Cardenas and House secretariat director Coy Alano said Romualdo passed away at 2:35 am Wednesday.
Citing information from Romualdo's staff, the House secretariat said the congressman died of pneumonia at the Makati Medical Center.
Romualdo's remains will be interred at Assumption on Araneta Avenue in Quezon City, the House secretariat said. — Andreo Calonzo/RSJ, GMA News
