Six hurt as bus hits truck in Camarines Sur

At least six people were reported injured after a passenger bus hit a trailer truck in Camarines Sur in Bicol region.

Sketchy initial information indicated the incident occurred at a portion of Quirino Highway in Camarines Sur, dzBB reported Saturday evening.

The bus belonged to Raymond Transport Bus, the report said.

It was not immediately clear if the accident stemmed from slippery roads due to rainy weather.

State weather forecasters had warned of possible flash floods and landslides in Bicol, Visayas and Mindanao due to a low-pressure area near Mindanao.

Earlier Saturday, bad weather conditions in Albay prompted the cancellation of domestic flights. — LBG, GMA News
