2 dead in SUV parked in Cavite industrial park

Mystery shrouds the deaths of a 58-year-old man and a 13-year-old girl whose bodies were found inside a sport-utility vehicle parked inside an industrial park in Carmona, Cavite Thursday.

Security personnel at the industrial park called in police after noticing the blue SUV (ZKA-857) had been parked in the area with its occupants not moving, GMA News' Jiggy Manicad reported on "24 Oras."

"Pagbasag namin parang umaalingasaw ang gases sa loob," said PO2 Gilbert Centeno.

Carmona OIC police head Chief Inspector Jiger Noceda said they will have to review closed-circuit television footage to get more leads on the deaths.

"As of now wala kaming nakitang foul play. Ang ating CCTV camera sa area nire-review natin," he said.

Initially, he said they found suffocation as the cause of death.
