How Northern Samar is bracing for Typhoon Ruby

(UPDATED 9:41 p.m.) In Catarman in Northern Samar, residents evacuated early while the weather was still fair, GMA News' Mariz Umali reported on "24 Oras."
 

Some set up makeshift tents at the local cemetery, the highest point in the area. But many also did not want to leave their homes.
