LOOK: Fog envelops Oas town in Albay

Fog enveloped parts of Oas town in Albay province early Tuesday morning, hampering visibility in some areas there.
 
Photos posted by radio dzBB's Carlo Mateo showed the fog affecting the town, located in the northern part of Albay.
 

Motorists and public utility vehicle drivers had to switch on their headlights to see through the fog.
 
State weather agency PAGASA earlier said parts of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy dkies with isolated light rain. — Joel Locsin/RSJ, GMA News
