Pacquiao concedes to Darlene in S. Cotabato

Rep. Darlene Antonino-Custodio on Sunday was proclaimed winner of the congressional race in the first district of Cotabato after her rival Manny Pacquiao conceded defeat, GMA Network’s Boto Mo ‘To program reported. Darlene Antonino-Custodio has officially "knocked out" her rival, boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, for re-election as congresswoman in the first district of South Cotabato. The Board of Canvassers proclaimed Custodio after votes from General Santos City and the towns of Polomolok, Tupi and Tampaka were counted. Custodio had 139,061 votes to Pacquiao's 75,908. GMANews.TV
