Kidapawan City reeling from dry spell, declares state of calamity

Kidapawan local officials have declared a state of calamity over their city, which has suffered an estimated P100 million in crop damage from a prevailing dry spell that began months earlier.
 
GMA News' Vonne Aquino reported on "Balita Pilipinas Ngayon" that four tribal communities in the city are short on water supply.
