Motorcyclist killed in Iloilo City head-on collision

A motorcyclist, said to be a Jaro resident, was killed in a head-on collision with a car Wednesday night in Iloilo City's Mandurriao district, GMA Iloilo's "24 Oras Western Visayas" reported.

 

The car driver, Ronie Cajayon, could give no coherent details on the collision. "Wala akong may nakitang ilaw na tumawid. Na-shock nalang ako ng may nabundol. Nawalan ako ng malay agad," Cajayon reconted.

 

"Dito siya nagmula sa farm-to-market road. Papunta siya marahil dito...  May diretsong daan kasi dito na lalabas na sa Gorriceta Avenue," local Barangay Captain Romeo Bilbao, meanwhile, explained. — Joel Locsin/DVM, GMA News
