21-year-old accuses 3 men of gang rape in Cebu City

A 21-year-old woman accused three men of gang raping her after she went to a club with her friends and cousins in the uptown area of Cebu City last Sunday. 

 

In a report from GMA's “24 Oras” on Wednesday, the victim said one of the suspects followed her to the restroom of the club where she was allegedly punched in the stomach to make her pass out.

 

The victim said she then woke up in a boarding house where the three suspects were raping her.

 

Medical results showed that the victim tested positive for injuries on her private area.

 

Police have arrested the caretaker of the boarding house identified as Peter Bendanillo following the victim's complaint.

 

Bendanillo denied the allegations even urging authorities to check the security footage of the boarding house to determine who was really involved in the incident.

 

The victim is in the care of the women's desk of the Cebu City police station.
