Flooded barangays in Calumpit may lose supply of clean water

In the midst of flooding due to Typhoon Lando (now a low-pressure area), barangays in Calumpit, Bulacan are also in danger of losing their supply of tap water, according to a report on GMA’s News to Go on Thursday.

According to the Calumpit Water District, it is possible that floodwaters might reach their generators, causing a disruption in service.

They advised residents in the area to make sure they have enough water saved to last should the supply be cut off.
