Police arrest British man in Zambo Sur for molesting 2 minors

Police have arrested a British national in for allegedly molesting two minors in Pagadian City in Zamboanga del Sur.

A report on "Unang Balita" said authorities identified the suspect  as Peter Cannel.

Investigators quoted the young victims as saying they were taken by a woman to Cannel's house and were made to drink liquor. The two girls said the suspect molested them when they got drunk.

After the incident, the girls reported to the PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, which immediately conducted an operation against the suspect.

The report said that authorities recovered in Cannel's house some firearms, sex toys, and a USB  containing lewd videos of the two girls and other victims.

Multiple charges are set to be filed against the British, the report said. — LBG, GMA News
