7 hurt as truck crashes into barber shop in Quezon

At least seven people were hurt when a trailer truck crashed into a barber shop in Barangay Malinao, Atimonan town in Quezon.

The accident occurred about 7 p.m. on Wednesday when the driver lost control of his truck along Maharlika highway in Atimonan that was on its way to Legazpi, Albay.

The Atimonan Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) was quick to respond to the incident.

Five injured victims, who were inside the barber shop, were brought to the Doña Marta Hospital in Atimonan. The driver and his companion were also injured in the incident.
