Five wounded in Cavite shooting incident
At least five individuals—including two minors—were wounded in a shooting incident in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
According to a report on GMA’s “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday, one of the victims was identified as Prince Joren Serrano, a 12-year-old who was on his way home from Simbang Gabi in Barangay San Nicolas II. He was shot in the foot.
Another victim, 15-year-old Vladimir Gonzales, was shot in the spine.
According to the police, the victims were walking when they encountered a certain Christian Tamayo and a 16-year-old boy, who both started shooting.
Barangay tanod Vito Gaspar tried to appease the shooters but he was also shot. The other two victims were identified as Salvador Dimaano and Abriel Libria.
