Agaton leaves 5 barangays in Cebu flooded

Five barangays were flooded in Toledo, Cebu due to the heavy rains brought by Tropical Storm Agaton.

A Balitanghali report by Emil Sumangil said around 200 residents were affected by the floodwaters, with clogged drainage exacerbating the situation.

Meanwhile, heavy rains in Tacloban City also caused gutter-deep floods in the area. In Palo Leyte, streets were also flooded.

Travel in Baybay City was also complicated when floods washed out the only road connecting two sitios.
