Fire finally put out in Bataan shopping mall; Balanga placed under state of calamity
The fire that engulfed a shopping mall in Balanga, Bataan has been finally put out after almost three days, according to a report on News To Go on Friday.
Fire out was declared past 5 a.m. Friday after firemen from 11 towns joined forces to put out the blaze.
The most affected areas were the second and third floors which housed a department store.
The town of Balanga in Bataan has been placed under a state of calamity on Thursday due to the fire, according to a report on Unang Balita.
The fire started last Tuesday at 9:15 a.m.
Authorities are conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
